If you was to choice a villian that was so evil and unforgiving who would it be?

My second villian would be:

Joker

The Joker, real name unknown, is a homicidal maniac and the archenemy of Batman. Completely unpredictable with no regard for human life, and treats the pain and suffering of others as personal sport. The Joker finds murder and mayhem funny, and is perhaps the most dangerous man on Earth with a body count stretching into the thousands, all centered around his obsession with destroying the Dark Knight. The Joker has caused so much pain and death in life that, he himself desevers to get the Death Penalty, not that it would worry him to much. He's beaten Robin (Jason Todd) to the brink of death, then blown the warehouse he was in sky high. He shot Batgirl in the spine, paralyzing her, ending her carrer as Batgirl. The Joker is evil to the core. You could go on and on about the things he has done, but im not wanting to write a bible lol. The matter of the fact is The Joker is the Definition of Evil.

@Redhood - Actually his real name IS unknown. Jack Napier is just the Nicholson versions name. The comic book Joker has no name or definite backstory beyond the acid bath.

The most evil villains are either telemarketers or the Jehovah's Witnesses because they both bother you while you are trying to live in peae but then they come along and ruin it.

Joker isn't evil. He is insane. You can only be evil if your sane.

Joker should be number 1. Kid Buu doesnt beat Joker in Evil-ness.

It really doesnt matter about kill count when it comes to evil. Just how sadistic that person is, and what he wants to do.
