look at the head design of Ultron Bots
Quite similar, right?
Two Things:
- In the First form of Ultron, The Ultron AI is a modified J.A.R.V.I.S. - Modified by Bruce Banner, Corrupted by HYDRA (through the Loki's Sceptre). The Body of Ultron came from scrap Iron Man Armor.
In the Second From of Ultron:
Since Ultron is a Super Advanced Corrupted AI, he got a second form by hacking to the Old S.H.I.E.L.D Files and got the project "Ant-Man" (or Project "Yellow Jacket") by Hank Pym (circa 1946 - After the War -- CA: The First Avenger). Based from the Ant-Man project, the Stark Armory, and with the help of Ulysses Klaw (also HYDRA), Ultron forged himself with Vibranium.
- Kinda same thing, Ultron got his first form from modified J.A.R.V.I.S and scrap Iron Man Armor. But I think the J.A.R.V.I.S AI is from the Mind Patterns of Hank Pym and Buttler Edwin Jarvis, This makes Hank Pym one of creators of J.A.R.V.I.S AI. In his Second Form, he forged himself a new body with the help of HYDRA. In the battle, Ultron was destroyed (since he has no vibranium body). In the final battle, Ultron assembles a horde of Ultron Bots. Forged himself with a new and Vibranium body with the help of Ulysses Klaw.
After the massive battle between Ultron and the Avengers, maybe in the end Credits Sequence, we can see Darren Cross (Corey Stoll) gathering up the defeated Ultron Bots in order to create a Yellow Jacket Suit (that's why the suit looks familiar with the Ultron Bots).
I think that Ant-Man will be same as the first Iron-Man film where greed created the Villain.
Maybe Darren Cross / Yellow Jacket is a Pym Technologies Head. Faces with Ant-Man because Scott Lang was ordered by Hank Pym to steal the Particles in order to correct Pym's mistake in letting someone have the Pym Particles.
