On Attack of the Show, Blair Butler dropped a comic book bombshell: Jonathan Hickman's new Marvel mini-series, Shield, will be on shelves in April 2010.

In Shield, Hickman and artist Dustin Weaver go all the way back to ancient Egypt to chronicle the history of Shield, and detail how heroic historical figures worked to protect the Earth from Galactus, the Celestials and other terrible adversaries. Sounds absolutely epic.
