UPDATE #2: Test Footage Recreated As Ryan Reynolds Suits Up In New DEADPOOL Set Photos
It appears as if Deadpool is recreating the scene from the CGI test footage in Vacouver as the Merc with the Mouth has been spotted suited up and shooting a scene on the Georgia Viaduct. We now have close up photos of Deadpool springing into action, and he looks awesome!
We've seen a scarred Ryan Reynolds and a couple of supporting characters on the set of Deadpool, but now the Merc with the Mouth has been spotted in costume on Vancouver's Georgia Viaduct.
Unfortunately, we don't have any higher quality images just yet, but hopefully the paparazzi will pay this location a visit soon so we get a much better look at the suit. It's interesting to note that the eye pieces don't appear to be present. Could this be because they'll CGI them in afterwards, using Reynolds' actual eyes as a point of reference so that they move just like in the comic books? I would say yes, but we'll have to wait and see on that. Either way, it still look unbelievably awesome.
This definitely looks like the scene from the CGI test footage too (an expanded version of which was in the leaked screenplay). Stay tuned to CBM for further updates and share your thoughts below.
