Fan Cast: Star Wars Episode VII

Since it has been announced that Disney bought LucasFilm and are going ahead with Star Wars: Episode VII, I decided to do a fan cast for characters I'd like to see in the highly anticipated sequel.

Obviously you need to have the original cast.

I can't this film without the original cast, I'm very curious to where Luke, Leia, Han and Lando are in there lives.

Andrew Garfield - Ben Skywalker

Andrew Garfield has proven what a great actor he is over the years having recently knocked it out of the park as Spider-Man, he has the ability to play Ben Skywalker.

Jennifer Lawrence - Jaina Solo

Jennifer Lawrence is great actress and beautiful and can play strong female characters.

Aaron Johnson - Jacen Solo

Aaron Johnson is a great actor has proven he can use hand held weapons in Kick-Ass ;)

Logan Lerman - Anakin Solo

I think Logan Lerman is a decent actor but I think he's the best actor to play the youngest of the Solo kids.

David Tennant - K-3PO

I would like to see another protocol droid as Skywalker and Solo kids droid along C-3PO and R2-D2 and I think David Tennant would be perfect this role.

Josh Brolin - Kyle Katarn

Everybody's favourite badass Jedi from the Jedi Knight games has to be in this! Josh Brolin has the right badassery to play Kyle Katarn.

Garrett Hedlund - Jaden Korr

I like Garrett Hedlund and I think he could play this part perfectly.

Daniel Craig - A bounty hunter

I don't know what bounty hunter he can play but I would like to see Daniel Craig play this type of role.

Tom Hardy - Darth Malak

Tom Hardy would be perfect for Darth Malak and would make him a brutal force (no pun intended) to be reckoned with.

Christian Bale - Darth Revan

I would love to see Christian Bale play a villain and I think this is a great role for him.

Tom Hiddleston - Darth Nihilus

Tom Hiddleston kicks ass! I find it funny that he has said he would love to be in Episode VII and I would love to see him as a Sith and for me, Darth Nihilus is he perfect character for him.

Mads Mikkelsen - Darth Malgus

Mads Mikkelsen is a great actor and he would definitely nail Malgus!

Andy Serkis - Darth Plagueis

I would love to see Palpatine's master resurrected and I think the master of motion capture himself, Andy Serkis, should play him.

Most of these actors are main characters in CBM's...it would seem way too weird to see all of them in a star wars series without it being weird and unoriginal.

Just a few things you should know.
First off, love the cast. Good choices.
1. Anthony Daniels. He played 3PO in the originals, the Prequels, and every TV Special and series. It feels wrong to deny him that role again. If he were to deny it, it would make more sense.

2. Malak, Revan, and Malgus. Their stories took place BEFORE the prequels. THOUSANDS of years before.

3. Plagueis. Palpatine killed him.

@MCott62094 I cast David Tennant as another 3PO droid not C-3PO, so you don't have to worry.

I would like them to adapt the characters of Malak, Revan and Malgus, not there time period.

About Plagueis, that is why I said resurrected.

Ok. Sorry. I only read names and characters. I didn't really read your reasoning on it... except 3PO, that one was just a little bit confusing. But for Malak, Malgus, and Nihilus, you could do force ghost or something...who knows.

Although I will say this, Nihilus never speaks. So you could cast a stuntman in the role (as he's also masked).

Does anyone else hate the fact that Plagueis was determined to be a Muun...i still hate that. I can't think of a single species that would be worse...except for Ewok or Gungan.

This list is so good! The only thing is, I personally think Garrett Hedlund should be the young Han Solo in the spin off. Other than that, this is an amazing job of fancasting.
