Yes. This is a serious Howard the Duck Fancast with a plot. Honestly I didn’t think the Howard the Duck movie was that horrible. And unlike most people I really like the character of Howard IF HE IS DONE CORRECTLY
Howard is meant to be is normal cranky Donald Duck character that’s thrown into the most absurd situations in the Marvel Universe George Lucas (though and very, very capable) wasn’t able to capture the spirit of Howard.
First the Director and Screenwriter who will set the tone for the whole movie:
Director/Screenwriter: Quentin Tarantino
Yeah I think you know what type of movie that I’m imagining now: ridiculous, gory, with great writing, and a duck.
I have a very lightly fleshed out plot in mind
The first part would start out the same way as the original movie with Howard ending a regular day in Duckworld when he is violently propelled to Earth.
Howard the Duck: CGI voiced by Chip Zien
Howard looked horrible as a puppet but the voice acting was fine and I see no reason to use anyone else.
At the end of part one bumps into a familiar female character from another series
Virginia "Pepper" Potts: Gwyneth Paltrow
Pepper would bring the right sweet comedic element and I would be nice to see a familiar face in the movie. And just imagine how Pepper would react if she just suddenly bumped into a talking duck.
The Second part would start a completely separate plot with a villain you probably recognize.
Why not pit Marvel’s most ridiculous hero against Marvel’s most ridiculous villain:
M.O.D.O.K: Rainn Wilson (The Office)
What can I say? Dwight Shrute and M.O.D.O.K are both evil, ridiculous, narcissistic, big-headed, losers.
I apologize to anyone who takes M.O.D.O.K seriously as a villain. I mean how can you take him seriously? He’s a giant floating head!
M.O.D.O.K would be working with A.I.M on some type of interdimensional Portal. Which would result in M.O.D.O.K killing several members of A.I.M in anger (somewhat comically).
Part 3 would be short but would consist of Pepper freaking out at the sight of Howard. Finally Pepper decides to help Howard by bringing him to Tony Stark but on the way to Tony’s mansion she and Howard run into
Nick Fury: Samuel L. Jackson
I threw in Nick fury just to make the plot even crazier. I think that about this point you have realized this movie plot is absurd but it only gets crazier.
Part 4 but it would consist of an A.I.M truck being attacked by
Hitman Monkey: CGI voiced by Jackie Chan
Insane assassin monkey? Jackie Chan would be perfect in the role.
I originally wanted this part for Deadpool but I don’t think Marvel could get the rights so I decided to go with a newer even crazier character.
Then Hitman Monkey would interrogate the A.I.M on the location of M.O.D.O.K. After he learns to location of M.O.D.O.K he then kills the rest of the A.I.M team.
Part 4 would go back to Pepper, Howard, and Nick. Nick Fury would then proceed to introduce
Reed Richards/Mr. Fancastic: Bill Crudup
Bill Crudup is perfect for Mr. Fantastic. I know that Marvel doesn’t have the rights to the FF right now but I think Marvel/DC should and could buy the rights back. I chose Mr. Fantastic for this because this has to do with dimensions.
Mr. Fantastic would then explain to them the origin of M.O.D.O.K and his plan: M.O.D.O.K was trying to open an inter-dimensional portal for unknown reasons. It was during a test of the portal that Howard was unintentionally transported to earth.
Then Nick Fury then recruits Howard to work with him to take down M.O.D.O.K teaming him up with HITMAN MONKEY.
Fury, S.H.I.E.L.D Agents, Hitman Monkey, Mr. Fantastic and Howard invade the A.I.M base. Together they epically invade the A.I.M base while Howard stand around awkwardly. However they are unable to stop M.O.D.O.K from opening the dimensional portal.
Then M.O.D.O.K reveals his evil plan. He is releasing alternate versions of himself from multiple universes to take over the world!

The S.H.I.E.L.D Agents, Fury, Hitman Monkey, proceed to comically fight off all the M.O.D.O.K’s while Howard fins himself at odds with his greatest enemy yet:

I completely made this character up but come on it would be pretty cool
All this time Mr. Fantastic will have been working on the inter-dimensional portal. Finally Mr. F sets the portal to suck in all of the M.O.D.O.K’s and spit them out in random dangerous universes. However the portal is destroyed while the last regular M.O.D.O.K is going through; thus preventing Howard from returning to “Duckworld”.
Howard then wonders what he’s going to do trapped on earth. Fury says: “I have an idea”
The movie ends showing Howard the Duck now as an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
