I didnt call the number seeing as how I havent seen G.I. Joe yet but everyone who has call it and let me know if its for real.

I wonder if we all call him to tell him he was by far the worst part of the movie, would he kill himself??? I just saw him in the trailers and i couldn't stand him :P

i think hes a very funny actor and ive loved the movies hes been in but i cant really see him bein serious so im up in the air about his performance

it sucked. to ever believe that that character was a soldier and could kill or kick the crap out of you is ridiculous. tatum cant act for shit but he looked like a soldier. even in all his gear, marlon did not.

everytime a critic says the movie sucks, i like it. lol i havent seen it yet, so im not gonna criticize...but seriously, why does every movie have to conform to what everybody likes for it to be a good movie. it's entertainment, not childbirth. gosh dang people for real

Just saw it. I have to say I liked it and it keeps your attention. Scarlet was hotter than the baroness. Not that there weren't parts, but it wasn't bad. G.I. Joe and Cobra always had wild technology and they did in the movie too. Don't want to say to much and spoil things. Hey... I love G.I. Joe the movie (animated) and look how crazy that was.

I've been saying since they cast the Wayans CLOWN the movie was DOOMED. I also said, "who knows miracles still do happen" just not in this case.

me and the wife just got back from seeing the movie. I'll be honest, im 32yrs old, grew up on GI Joe,He-man,Transformers, and yes even Go-bots lol and after seeing the movie.....i don't see why people hated it so much....why, because it "didn't do the old cartoons justice"?? cause they did a more updated version of it? yeah there were some corny lines....how many of our favorite movies DON'T?
Yes we all hate change when it comes to the shows that we grew up on, but it's right there..what "WE" grew up on, it's a new era and definitely a new age of fans. If you think about it, how many of these movies would have been so great if it didn't have the changes it did..hint: bumblebee, the joker, hell even pepper pots lol. But you gotta give some of these writers and directors credit for at least giving us "ol' skool" fans a head nod by putting some of the things we know IN these movie. It won't always be for the better (ehem streetfighter the legend of chun-li), but the fact of the matter is change happens and sometimes its for the better. Was GI Joe a success? Some will say "hell no" some will say "that movie rocked", judge the movie for yourself...WITHOUT a closed mind. alot of us already judged the movie, just because we saw Marlon Wayans in it, and i agree, he wasn't the "greatest" part of the movie. I wouldn't say that the movie was "this summer's blockbuster", but SPEAKING FOR MYSELF..it didn't deserve some of the negative reviews that it got. But again, judge for yourself.

F this. I can't wait for the bootleg to come out here to Iraq so I can call and tell him I didn't waste money on his film. On a serious note. I will go in and be unbiased about this movie and just enjoy it for what it is. It is hard for people who were deep into the early JOE Lore. I think I for one have made my opinions about what I feel about a movie and what should be in it. I have to admit though. Even before seeing this movie, it will never be as good as the movie. I can't relieve old glory days by watching it. But...I can see a Live action Joe movie. I have my reservations but, i will go and try to be non judgemental. Take care all.

whoah...just caught what you said GTR man. I KNEW IT!! I said it before in other posts in different articles...they were using him for comic effect. I can't F'ing believe IT!!!!! I saw that coming. Wish I bet some money on that. I really wanted him to be serious and just leave his humor behind him. Didn't happen apparently.
