Hal Jordan is a gifted and cocky test pilot, but the Green Lanterns have little respect for humans, who have never harnessed the infinite powers of the ring before. But Hal is clearly the missing piece to the puzzle, and along with his determination and willpower, he has one thing no member of the Corps has ever had: humanity. With the encouragement of fellow pilot and childhood sweetheart Carol Ferris, if Hal can quickly master his new powers and find the courage to overcome his fears, he may prove to be not only the key to defeating Parallax…he will become the greatest Green Lantern of all.

Amazing! Love the whispy hair all over him.How can anyone critisize the CG?! My only critisism would be to make his head slightly bulkier :)

Cool stuff, JOSH@!

They didn't make KILOWOG exactly like he is in the
comics but he looks great and very alien to me!
Nice find JOSH@!

BTW, I'M GETTING KINDA IGNORED WITH MY "CAVILLBOOT"
(((JUSTICE LEAGUE FANCAST IN FANFIC)))...that goes

This movie is going to kick ass. CGI costume is a revolutionary idea and perfect for GL. Looks like alien technology rather that some spandex leotard. Most of the people on this site seem to know a lot more about how CGI should look than I do because I didn't come away from the trailer seeing anything wrong with it at all. I think that's awesome if it's going to look even better when the movie comes out.

Couldn't they have saved a bunch on their fx budget if they'd just put some prosthetics on Michael Chiklis? Rubber pig noses only costs like five bucks...

Looks great. Very Kilowogish. Let's just hope the earth stuff doesn't look real/great, and then we travel to OA for a massive CGI cartoon.

I have uber high hopes for this being perfect, and it grows everyday.

I don't hate grif. He's just like that.
Other than being so negative I for one
do not remember reading anything from his post that
speak ill of someone hear in CBM.

Oh about Kilowog. I personally wished It would have been bulkier and more Bull dog like. Still its a decent interpretation so I can live with it.

don't know a lot about GL but some of the alien i have seen look terribly cheesy. This one look great and badass but others look really weird.
Angelus

That's exactly how Kilowog should look! Amazing! He looks alien-esque and really powerful. Just look at those traps, forearms and legs! No way he is gonna fall down without a skyscraper falling over him! Just looks at the strange but realistic placement of these muscles! I love how his feet looks like a hybrid of even-toed ungulates! He has the muscles of an ox! Gorgeous!
If I would have one complaint, it would then be his apperance, of course. It appears to me that his species evolution seems to be too much based on species here on earth. I know he looks earthy in GL but he could've looked even more alien-esque(But then he would be too far away from the original interpretation, which they also have done but it's so.. Forget what I've said before, I am just trying to look for faults where there are NONE!). This is 10,9/11!
To me Kilowog looks way better here than in the comics, and yet I feel like this is how the comics depicts his stance and posture. Incredible! I absolutely love this!!

This is a really nice find JoshW!

I really like the second pic. I seem to be one of the only ones who actually prefers this interpretation over the version in the comic (depending on the artist).
Really dig the detail on the close-up, Poozer.

@Kalabog:

That's true. It's never ad hominem with ol' Grif. He's kind of like the local Oscar the Grouch. It's his shtick.
