As done for Zero Dark Thirty last year, Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt has Instagrammed a recent photo showing how 6 months without beer has helped him bulk up for Peter Quill, Star-Lord!

While director James Gunn assured that Chris Pratt was in great shape, candid photos back in May evidenced that he was slimming in preparation for his Guardians of the Galaxy role, Peter Quill. With filming for the Marvel space epic film in full swing, Pratt recently took to Instagram, like with Zero Dark Thirty last year, to flaunt just how much he's pumped up his physique. Starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Michael Rooker, Ophelia Lovibond, John C. Reilly, Enzo Cilenti, Lee Pace, Karen Gillan and Glenn Close with Benicio Del Toro, Guardians of the Galaxy is written & directed by James Gunn, and is set to be released in theaters on August 1, 2014.

Chris Pratt is one of those body chameleons. This guy may finally get his real big break in this film similar to chris hemsworth. I mean look you gotta come from a little bit of nothing to get to something like what he's got now. The Physique although im not a gay is great. He's Definitely at the stage that Chris Evans was for CA:TFA he's definitely not up to Chris Hemsworth Or Henry Cavil Size but this guy is doing great. I kinda get this Hal Jordan feel when i read this character.

Could Star Lord be Marvels more badass gun slingin version of Green Lantern, and rake in double the money. DC will be blown to [frick] if that happens. I wanna see this guy's banter while kickin ass or having his ass kicked. Im soo gitty with joy. Casting is actually making me happy. Cavills scene was pretty dope and it got my lady all riled up. Im starting to think taking her to these films is not the best idea anymore. With hemsworth someone thought her water broke. With Cavill and Evans the Whole damn floor felt like it was rising inch by inch.

That's it? I thought Dave Batista said that Pratt was more jacked than he is, and Batista looks like steroid injected beef jerky that's been left in a tanning bed. I was expecting Schwarzenegger circa 1985 after all that build up from James Gunn and Batista about how jacked he was.
