Drax's Origins Revealed In New GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY Clips

Marvel's Guardians of The Galaxy is getting the animated treatment this September, and the latest in a series of short promo clips highlights Drax the Destroyer's origins! Click the jump to see for yourself!

So far, we've seen the origins of Groot, Rocket and Peter Quill for Marvel's Guardians of The Galaxy animated series on DisneyXD - and now it's Drax's turn in the spotlight.  

In the clips, Drax is already planning to get his revenge on Ronan The Accuser, who is responsible for murdering Drax's wife and daughter, and he has entered some kind of gladiatorial contest, where the prize is the supposed honour of being Ronan's new enforcer. However, upon discovering the losers are being shipped off to a life of slavery, Drax abandons his mission for a new one. You can check out both clips below:
