There Is A "Zero Percent Chance" That The GOTG Comic-Con Trailer Will Be Released

Upsetting news indeed, but we all kind of expected this. It seems as though the trailer shown at the San Diego Comic-Con for Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy will officially NOT be released on-line, says director James Gunn.

Following the second screening at D23, fans rushed to pressure Disney and director James Gunn to release the footage online for the people who sadly weren't able to attend and see for themselves. Both have said it wasn't going to happen. A couple of days later, though, the footage (or at least a few seconds of it) had found it's way online. After many fans geeking-out over the trailer, many fans and even some reporters and entertainment industry insiders thought that with suck critical acclaim, it would push the studio into releasing the teaser.

After all, the logic goes, you don’t want fans who might be on the fence to see something substandard and decide against going to the movie. Well, that’s just what Marvel Studios and James Gunn think, only not in a way that will help broaden the audience for the preliminary thirty-second piece.

When asked what the odds are of the trailer being officially released, Gunn said, Zero percent chance, sorry!. He goes on to say, I know a lot of you have seen the shaky camera footage, but it was made after 12 days if shooting and isn’t a true reflection of the awesomeness we’re trying to create for you.”

This isn't really a shock, as very rarely do Comic-Con trailers get officially released, especially when the effects aren't even finished! What do you think? How do you feel about this, and when do you think the first teaser trailer will be released?

You don't know who I am? Well sit back because my story is a beautiful tale of power and integrity, a captivating experience and ingenious story.

When I was sent to prison for a crime I didn't commit, I signed up for the weapon X program where I got some acid stuff in my eye which caused me to go blind except for whenever I shout the word, "SHAZAM." I was part of Project: Rebirth and given an indestructible shield, however I had gotten bitten by a radioactive spider which caused my father Odin to banish me from my home, only for both my parents to get shot in an alley. And to top it all off, I was exposed to gamma radiation when my mother died and I was abducted from Earth by a strange blue-skinned alien, which gave me the ability to teleport, shapeshift, read minds, and squirt milk from my nose.
