Fans and websites have all been guessing what role it could be. It may seem unlikely that her part would be anything more than a cameo but according to Munn's Twitter reports, “it is definitely a bigger role than ‘big stan,’” A Rob Schneider(ugh) comedy in which she had about 5 seconds screen time.
Munn then refuted speculation from the Slash Film gang that she’d be playing a television personality in the “Iron Man” sequel, much like her true-to-life day job. The actress said that she is “not playing a reporter. but that’s all i can say.
But after some badgering, she did indeed say more!
“Yes, spoiler. I am playing the role of War Machine in Iron Man 2,” she wrote. “Terrance Howard, Don Cheadle and now Olivia Munn!”
Very funny. So who could she be? I doubt its going to be an established comic character either way, and if it is someone featured in the comics its highly unlikely to be of say, Wasp stature!..Or is it? Anythings possible!
