ZACK SNYDER'S JUSTICE LEAGUE: Here's How The Movie's Rotten Tomatoes Scores Compare To 2017's JUSTICE LEAGUE

Like it or not, Rotten Tomatoes scores matter. Back when we all paid to see movies in theaters, critical reactions could add or subtract tens of millions of dollars from an opening weekend, and with so many streaming titles now competing for attention, they remain every bit as important.

So, how is Zack Snyder's Justice League doing as we head into the weekend?

Well, with a healthy 76% based on 181 reviews, the four-hour director's cut is sitting right in "Certified Fresh" territory. Hopefully, that'll be confirmed soon, but after the Wonder Woman 1984 debacle, it's probably for the best if the site waits for more verdicts to be counted.

The Critics Consensus says, "Zack Snyder's Justice League lives up to its title with a sprawling cut that expands to fit the director's vision -- and should satisfy the fans who willed it into existence."

As for the Audience Score, the Snyder Cut of Justice League has over 10,000 verified ratings and an incredible 97% score. Rotten Tomatoes has added a new "Audience Says" feature which reads, "With more action, more character development, and double the runtime, this is the epic Justice League that Zack Snyder fans have been asking for."

How does all this compare to 2017's Josstice... sorry, Justice League

With a Rotten 40% based on 400 critics reviews and 71% based on over 100,000 unverified verdicts from moviegoers, that Critics Consensus is a little less positive. "Justice League leaps over a number of DC movies," it starts, "but its single bound isn't enough to shed the murky aesthetic, thin characters, and chaotic action that continue to dog the franchise."

So, there you have it. As of right now, Zack Snyder's Justice League definitely appears to be a big win.

More depth and a lot easier on the eye, those are my main 2 positive takeaways, Knightmare stuff is nonsense to me though

Movie was better but at times I am like what is going on here. The Batman joker scene was just weird.

@dragon316 - yes I know but the dialogue was horrible. Joker offering reach around on Batman.

Can we just move on now?

Perfect opportunity to just start again with better casting choices, better written characters and a better direction.

Not hard to improve on the theatrical version when you're allowed to release 4-hours of content and you've got a million negative reviews to take into account and do the opposite.

If the Whedon version didn't exist, this movie would not be getting praised like it is

To soon to compare look at what happen to Wonder Woman 1984. Currently Justice League sits at 75 with only 187 reviews.

Still in the wait and see phase.
