Intriguing New Superman Image Reveals Another JUSTICE LEAGUE Scene Cut By Joss Whedon
Yet another Justice League deleted scene has been revealed courtesy of a newly surfaced official image and this one puts the spotlight on Henry Cavill's Man of Steel. Hit the jump to check it out...
All but one or two of Superman's scenes in Justice League ended up on the cutting room floor, something evident from the questionable CGI jaw the Man of Steel could be seen rocking throughout them (which came as a result of Warner Bros. having to find a way to hide Henry Cavill's Mission: Impossible 6 moustache). Well, a new image shows one of many moments cut by Joss Whedon.
As you can see, it features Superman preparing to take flight but it's hard to say where his surroundings might be. It could be during the final battle with Steppenwolf or possibly when he first gets his classic suit back after being resurrected, the same moment it's thought we would have seen the black suit.
Regardless, it's going to be very interesting finding out just how many of Superman's original scenes wind up on the Blu-ray whether in the form of extras or an extended cut. So far, the signs are pointing to the latter not happening but we'll no doubt learn more very soon. Are you guys disappointed that the Man of Steel had such a minor role in Justice League?
