As expected, Star Wars Episode VIII is 2017's most highly anticipated movie...well, according to Fandango! In second place is Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (something none of us would have predicted a few years back), while Beauty and the Beast comes in third. That's a great result for Disney, but Warner Bros. does fairly well by having Wonder Woman and Justice League take #4 and #6.
It's interesting they've done so well after the way critics responded to Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Suicide Squad, but this may very fell reiterate the divide between them and moviegoers.
Also below is a list of the actors and actresses that people are most looking forward to seeing, though it's hard to know just how seriously we should take them. After all, Jennifer Lawrence is mentioned despite not having too many huge projects in the pipeline, but it is good to see the likes of Daisy Ridley, Idris Elba, and Chris Pratt get a nod here.
