Picking up where the original Kick-Ass left off, this comic sequel finds Kick-Ass receiving some much-needed training in the art of actually kicking ass from 11-year-old Hit Girl, while Red Mist is busy assembling a group of "super"-villains to execute his revenge, hiring goons and changing his name to "The Mother[frick]er".

Please Note: Kick-Ass 2 #1 was not solicited in June's Marvel PREVIEWS; it was, however, solicited on page 88 of July's Marvel PREVIEWS with an incorrect price of $3.99. The correct price is, in fact, $2.9.

Additionally, the issue's expected ship date has changed from August 4, 2010 to August 11, 2010.

I have my problems with Mark Miller sometimes, but this film was ... just... so... good! Its undeniable. So long as Vaughn directs I say make the comic and the film.

Whoa, this is amazing news!!! I'll definitely be buying this one because I loved the first volume...surprised there's not been a lot more publicity about this though!

I haven't read the original series, however I wish to. For those of you who are big fans: I suppose you can rock out with your cocks out........and possible slam your balls against the wall. Wow. Now my testicles hurt.
