John Arturo - When did you start collecting and how did you get into the hobby?

Timothy Stuckey - I started collecting when I was about 8 years old my mother worked at a convenience store and I would grab comics off the rack when I would go visit her at work. I got into the hobby due to my father being a huge science fiction nut, so he encouraged me to read comics. We always watched Star Trek, Dr Who, Blade Runner stuff in that manner.

John Arturo - You collection mainly consists of Marvel collectibles, what draws you to Marvel over another company like DC Comics?

Timothy Stuckey - Marvel has always been my company of choice due to the characters. With Marvel you know you could never be one of them, but they make it more possible to be a hero in the ways of reality. With DC comics it seems that the characters are larger than life cause you know you could never be Superman but there is a possibility I could be Hawkeye.

John Arturo - Do you collect anything else?

Timothy Stuckey - I also collect records, movie posters, Transformers, Heroclix, and NASCAR products.

John Arturo - What are your favorite collectible companies?

Timothy Stuckey - My favorite companies that I usually buy from are Wiz Kids and Bowen Designs. I love the marvel select figures and the various prop replica companies.

John Arturo - What is your favorite part of collecting?

Timothy Stuckey - My favorite part of collecting would have to be the excitement of finding that critical piece to add to the pile of goodies. Also the fact that my kids will have a treasure trove of stuff to read or pass on to their children.

John Arturo - What is the key thing you look for in an item you want to add to your collection?

Timothy Stuckey - The key thing I look for in my collection is quality in the product. I’m not into keeping stuff from Burger King. I would much rather give that stuff to my younger daughters. Then maybe take my older daughter to a comic shop and buy a quality piece.

John Arturo - What is your favorite movie?

Timothy Stuckey - Favorite move of all time would have to be Blade Runner.

John Arturo - What is your favorite piece from your collection?

Timothy Stuckey - My favorite piece would have to be my Cap shield, and Hawkeye statue, but it’s a hard choice I have so much stuff that all my collectibles are my favorite. I kind of feel like a hoarder of comics and merchandise.

John Arturo - What are some items you are most looking forward to adding to your collection?

Timothy Stuckey - I want to get the prop replica of the Ultimate Thor hammer, and one of those old factory x Dr Doom masks.

John Arturo - Finally, what is your favorite aspect of ComicBookMovie.com?

Timothy Stuckey - My favorite aspects of CBM would have to be all the info on movies, comics, and collectibles. Also the fact that more people like us have a outlet to talk and share our ideas and opinions over the stuff we enjoy.

If you want to know more about collecting statues/high end items, or just want to see what kind of interesting collectibles are out there, visit my statue devoted site Lethal Farce.

If you have a collection (don't worry about the size, it could be 4-5 items and that is still a collection right?) and want me to showcase it on the site, then shoot me an email by clicking the "Contact Me" link here. I will shoot you a few questions to answer to go along with the images and once a week we will showcase a users collection on here.

I understand you feelings hellbound, even if they were horrible movies they are apart of comic history just like the nipple suit in batman, but hey I liked the fact that it was a huge banner. I wanted to show it off. how many people can say they have a huge spidey banner. I keep all my great banners and posters in sealed safe tubes.
