Multiple sources have reported that Lady Gaga has given a one-day commitment to film her cameo for The Secret Service. "Gaga only had to commit one day to film her scenes early next year. She's such an Anglophile she didn't take much persuading," a source said.
The film is based on Mark Millar and Dave Gibbsons' comic of the same name that tells of the story of a Bond-esque agent named Jack London (Colin Firth) who trains his troubled nephew Gary (Taron Egerton) to be a spy like him. Meanwhile, there are celebrity kidnappings going on. Due to the story, it is very safe to assume that Lady Gaga will be playing a kidnapped celebrity.
Also in the film are Colin Firth, Taron Egerton, Sophie Cookson, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Caine, Taylor Swift, Adele, David Beckham, and Elton John.
The film will be released in theatres November 14, 2014.
