GODZILLA VS. KONG Leaked Toys Reveal Some Potentially MAJOR SPOILERS And A New Titan!

Thanks to some leaked toy images which are doing the rounds, we may now have a much better idea of what's going to happen in Godzilla Vs. Kong...not to mention a new monster set to appear in the film!

Godzilla Vs. Kong is supposed to roar into theaters this November, but it's currently unclear whether the Coronavirus pandemic will have any sort of impact on that. We certainly hope not, as this clash of the Titans is something fans of the MonsterVerse have been excited about for a while now.

Very little has been revealed about the movie thus far, of course, but some newly leaked toys for the Kong: Skull Island/Godzilla: King of the Monsters sequel may reveal some fresh plot details.

As you can see below, it looks like King is going to be wielding a formidable looking new club while battling Godzilla, but it's actually Mega Godzilla we're most interested in. An apparent cross between his normal self and MechaGodzilla from the classic Toho films, it looks like the monster will receive some upgrades (possible after being badly injured in some way by Kong).

There's also a new monster called Nozuki, and it's possible that will be Godzilla Vs. Kong's true villain.

Notable by his absence is Mecha-Ghidorah, a creature fans were convinced we would see in this crossover after Godzilla: King of the Monsters' memorable post-credits scene teasing his creation. We'll just have to wait and see whether he appears, but these toys are definitely pretty intriguing...

@dragon316 - tbf they're in a pretty awkward position to use mechagodzilla. Mechas supposed to be the original godzilla. But since the new series only has one godzilla means they cant have mecha without getting rid of godzilla.

@dragon316 - They already revealed the mecha-godzilla a few months back side by side of upgraded Godzilla. That snake monster is new though.

@Origame - Actually if you remember in the first Godzilla; Godzilla bones during the excavation were found in that big cave they could just use those since Monarch discovered them.

@dragon316 - I think it says "Mega" not "Mecha". There is no "H" and the G in the word "Godzilla" and the "G" in the word "Mega" look the same.

I'm betting...

King Kong wins first fight
Godzilla wins rematch
Godzilla and King Kong team up

@BillCipher - Speed and agility, Just steam him and pound the shit out of him, Godzilla isn't know for his mobility, very restricted.

@BillCipher - I don't remember who it was, but around the time Kong: Skull Island came out, either the writer or the producers said this version of Kong was still young. He has some growing to do. Assuming they meant he'd be bigger and stronger, to match Godzilla by the time they met.

Maybe something like this.

@BillCipher - Come on, man. Somehow, Kong will have the same strength or something. Its a movie, they will find some explanation as to why Kong is now his equal. Have some imagination.

@BillCipher - No we aren't arguing, we are trying to work out if he could take The King Of The Monsters down.

If Godzilla keeps his distance, he could use his powers, but again he pretty much has to charge up to use his atomic breath.
Floke

@BillCipher - Didnt that leaked clip show them at almost the same size?

That would be some serious growth spurt... Perhaps puberty kicked in for late bloomer Kong?

@BillCipher - That Kongflip, followed by the Godzilla trademark tail sliding two leg front kick, and Im there day one.

@BillCipher - Yeah.. But kind of weird to grow from 20ish year old Sly Stallone into old man Andrew the Giant.. :)

I'm looking forward to this one and it's been a long time coming. I can see them fighting it that will lead to a team up to take a big bad. Hope it has some new monsters.
