Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which has grossed around $1.2 billion at the box office, is already one of the year's biggest hits only a month into its run. Though the sequel may have been a divisive one, director J.A. Bayona's visual flair and talent for suspense is undeniable, something Universal will want you to remember when it hits shelves later this year.
Earlier today, the studio revealed their plans for home viewing, including release dates and the sequel's plentiful bonus features.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, like most films in the home release landscape, will hit on Digital HD first. On Movies Anywhere, iTunes, and other online digital outlets, the dinosaur spectacle will be released on September 4th. Following this, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-Ray, 3D Blu-Ray, and DVD copies will make their way into stores September 18th. Unfortunately, though it will be filled production material,
Fallen Kingdom will not include any deleted scenes or commentaries.
