Last night's episode of Last Week Tonight with John Oliver was its season finale. A portion of the program was devoted to a device Whooshh Innovations designed. It's a tube that helps salmon bypass dams, so that they can travel upstream and spawn. John Oliver was so enamored with the device that he tested out his own version of the "salmon cannon" on some celebrities. Click on the video below and watch as fish are sent flying at R2-D2 and director J.J. Abrams on the set of Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: Episode VII - Actors John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o and Gwendoline Christie will join the original stars of the saga, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker in the new film. It's being directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams, and Bryan Burk are producing, and John Williams returns as the composer.
