As 2017 comes to a close and we flip the pages to 2018, Disney's Solo: A Star Wars Story is rapidly approaching. The standalone Han Solo prequel flick is due out in theaters May 25, 2018, which means marketing for the movie will likely start ramping up soon. But how soon? Well, according to Jordan Maison of Cinelinx, we'll begin seeing some sort of Solo: A Star Wars Story "stuff" very soon.
On Thursday, Maison took to social media and tweeted, "We'll definitely be seeing some #Solo [A Star Wars Story] stuff within the next 2-3 weeks."
He quickly followed that tweet with a correction suggestion it might come even sooner.
Exactly what this Solo "stuff" will be remains a mystery. It could be anything from a poster to some promotional shots (possibly of Lando?!) to an actual teaser trailer. Not much is actually known about the movie, so perhaps we'll finally get some firm details.
We're about 5 months away from Solo: A Star Wars Story now, so it's likely we'll be bombarded with marketing for the film in the coming weeks and months.
