The art for the Jawa's looks a little "new". Something about it doesn't seem like it came out of the 70's. the rest is pretty sweet. I love the C3P0 concept art. I'd like to see that in the new movies

A female C-3PO doesn't surprise me much since he was inspired by the robot from "Metropolis".

That first pix is fantastic. The last is an original concept on the Stormtroopers.. They released a figure like that a few years back too.

Stormtrooper with a lightsaber? So was every character supposed to have one back then, like every character does now?

I'm ok with Stormtroopers having light sabers as back up weapons. It good for close combat situations when you don't have a blaster available. Jedi and Sith however have a mastery of the Force and can outmatch anyone without it even without a light saber. I never under stood why Jedi only arm themselves with light sabers and nothing else. Its only good in close combat situations and you can't kill from a long distance. You can take out multiple targets from a distance. Maybe that will change with the new series of movies.

@Xevenger1, I agree that it would make sense for Jedi to have guns as well. (You could use both as Kyle Katarn in Jedi Outcast). I think it would make sense for the new age Jedi of episode 7 to carry blasters. However, I get why they chose to only have them using lightsabers in the original trilogy. They're supposed to be like knights and that evokes that imagery. The whole "elegant weapon from a more civilized time" thing. It made sense for the Jedi to feel old fashioned since they represented kind of a lost way of life. That's why I feel that it would have really messed with things to see, Stormtroopers (common, uniform soldiers of the empire) wielding the same weapons as the knights of the past. Lightsabers would have felt a lot less special.

Why does it say "Banking Clan Guards" on the bottom of the Jawas pic?
