Star Wars overrated? Not really. If this movie weren't coming out ever, would people be saying this? I somehow doubt it.

Star Wars goes beyond the movies themselves, which I don't think anyone really believes are masterpieces or anything (well, maybe Empire:). For a lot of people it's just something that's always been a part of their lives I guess. I know personally, though I do love the movies too (not the prequels but whatever), it goes back to just being the first thing I was ever really immersed in and captivated by as a very young kid. It began my love of aliens, sci-fi, fantasy, and ultimately comic books.

So yeah, I wouldn't say Star Wars is "overrated".

These are good, but they look like wall posters or something they would put on kids backpacks and folders.

@doopie: That's a LEGO brick that they gave out at midnight last night at Toys R Us. I was surprised to find a line of about 100 people at my local TRU last night, when I got there around 11:45. They ran out of posters by the time I got in the store... but I got that furshlugginer LEGO brick!
