There have been rumblings that we might get the first trailer for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings today, but star Simu Liu has instead treated us to a badass teaser poster!
He says that the trailer "drops in a few weeks," so this is clearly just the start of the Marvel Studios movie's marketing campaign. While leaked promo art featured on LEGO and Marvel Legends merchandise have already offered a first look at the actor suited up as Shang-Chi, this is a badass shot of the hero which definitely does his (comic book-inspired) costume justice.
After a few delays, Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings is set to be released in theaters this September, and it seems Marvel Studios is pretty confident it will meet that date if they're starting to share content like this for the highly anticipated live-action debut of the "Master of Kung-Fu."
We'll hopefully have more to share with you soon, but the Marvel Cinematic Universe is about to get another new superhero, and we can't wait to see him in action.
