Alright, first and foremost, I would like to apologize for keeping this gem secret for some time. I wanted to share it so badly, but felt it would be completely unjust of me to let the Spider-Fans of the world think we are getting a Goblin if we actually were not, and I just couldn't do that to you guys. However after hearing the news that the Goblin may possibly be in this movie, I thought it may be time to let the nerd world see what I had found, then after multiple rounds of watching the trailer the deal was sealed. I found the face of The Green Goblin in the clouds. Before you jump the gun about all this psychological mumbo jumbo saying, "People see whatever they want to see when looking at the clouds," just hear me out, because I wasn't looking for him. If you somehow haven't heard yet Marc Webb has made it known that their are possible hints for upcoming villains of the next movies in The Amazing Spider-Man. Hearing that news I was going frame by frame through the scene trying to find anything other than "Shocker's pants" that could be the elusive villain hint.
Searching and analyzing all the frames I ended up on this one.
Something about it just seemed strange; I couldn't help but dissect every bit of what was in this frame. And one thing stuck out more than the rest. There is a cloud that has something a little unnatural about it.
The part boxed out is much straighter than any other part of the cloud, it stuck out like a sore thumb.
And then from there I noticed the lining of the moon was nearly symmetrical to straight-ish line in the cloud.
From there I started following the lines and placing dots on the more defining traits and shapes.
After that, I placed solid colored lines over the dots, and after that I think it becomes fairly obvious.
There it is for you to see for yourselves, The Green Goblin is drawn out in the clouds of The Amazing Spider-Man's final swing, and now with the actual confirmations and trailer footage we know that The Goblin is in fact an antagonist in the upcoming Spider-Man film. A little bit of the quality of some of these photos was lost during the editing, so before you make your judgement based solely on these pictures I urge you to watch the final swing, if you do that I highly doubt you will merely see clouds.
The image in the clouds and moon is visible from 1:12 to 1:18
