Possible SPOILER Regarding The Role 'Enchantress' Will Play In SUICIDE SQUAD

David Ayer's Suicide Squad has become one of our most anticipated movies of next year, but story details are still pretty scarce. Well, if accurate, the following Enchantress-centric SPOILER sheds a lot of light on what we can expect from the plot...

As the SDCC trailer makes very clear, the Suicide Squad are bad guys... but since they're still our protagonists, who will they be going up against? The unofficial tagline for this movie seems to be "Bad VS. Evil", and that would definitely be an accurate description if Deadshot, Harley Quinn and co. are taking on a demonic entity!

The latest rumor from Heroic Hollywood claims that Enchantress (Cara Delevingne) is actually going to be the villain of the piece, with Task Force X attempting to stop her from "resurrecting her brother", which will somehow result in her "destroying the world". Who her brother is and why bringing him back to life would mean the end of the world is a mystery - but remember Enchantress is actually a normal human named June Moon, whose powers are the result of being possessed by an evil force, so chances are this brother is not a terribly nice fella.

It does make sense that Enchantress will play the role of antagonist, as she's never glimpsed with the team in any of the shots from he trailer. This is still just a rumor for now though, so what do you guys make of it? Suicide Squad hits theaters August 5, 2016.
