1: He's Brainiac: I think every fan will agree with me when I say Brainiac, next to Lex Luthor, is the archnemesis of Superman. He's been around for almost as long as Supes has, and has made numerous impacts on both Superman and Clark Kent's life, including causing the death of Clark Kent's adoptive father, Jon Kent!

2. We should have had him already: Are you telling me that in 5 Superman movies we still haven't seen Brainiac? And no, that one computer thing doesn't count. I mean, we had General Zod for God's sake! Now, don't get me wrong, I love Zod, but he shouldn't have been the villain till at least the fourth movie. It's about time we should get Brainiac.

3: He's an actual threat: Anyone who read Superman: Brainiac knows that Brainiac is more than a match for the Man of Steel. In addition to the psychological threat posed by Brainiac, we'd also get to see something we've been strangely denied: an actually good Superman fight. And I think the people will agree with me when I say that seeing Superman actually fight a villain in his movie would be a breath of fresh air.

I've gotta go, so I'm only gonna post this part of my list. I'll upload the second part, but until then tell me whatcha think in the only place you can.

Ciao!

It's up to Nolan now to make the choice that no one else would face. The right choice. That Man of Steel needs Brainiac.

TABOO: I think they should save Darkseid and his Apokolips invasion for Justice League. He'd be a real threat to unite the big 7 together.

But I do think that a connection between Brainiac and Darkseid would be awesome. Something like this: after Brainiac leaves Krypton to be destroyed, Darkseid finds his ship and takes him to Apokolips as his new servant. Brainiac eventually rebels after learning of the Anti-Life Equation, and destroys half of Apokolips. Darkseid searches endlessly for Brainiac because he thinks B. has the key to the A-L Equation and at the end of the reboot, he discovers Brainiac's location: Earth.

Brainiac,Lex Luthor(small,small role),and Metallo=First movie.

Lex Luthor,Zod(Ursa+Non),and Metallo=Second movie

Darkseid invasion=JLA movie.(Nice story Tyler)

JJ Abrams as the director with David Goyer writing=EPIC.

We need Lex in the first movie because he is VERY important to the Superman mythos. That doesnt mean he needs a large role. He just needs to be there as a BUSINESS man. Not a real estate fiend like in the Donner films.

This is what i want!

Agreed. Brainiac opens the door for a great story line and great action scenes. The actor they choose to portray him better be good though.

Also, they can't do Doomsday until they do Brainiac. And I think Darkseid should be in a Justice League movie. He can be referenced in a Superman movie by having Kalibak show up, get his ass kicked by Supes, and then run back to daddy.
