Entertainment weekly is reporting that Allison Mack will likely return for the 10th and final season of Smallville.......
Executive producer Brian Peterson tells me he’s “very optimistic” the actress — who’s in the thick of contract talks as we speak — will be bringing Chloe back next fall for the show’s 10th season.
Asked whether it’s essentially a done deal (which is what I’m hearing), Peterson says, “We’ve learned the hard way not to say [it's official] until everything is signed and dotted. So the best we can say is we’re really optimistic. And so is Allison.”
Translation: Chillax. She’s returning.........
A while back I reported that there were going to be major deaths at the end of this season. Many speculated/hoped it would be Chloe. However, with only a couple episodes left which surely have already been filmed, the fact that they are even negotiating her return seems to rule out any death of her character. My heart goes out to all the Chloe haters.
