Whether due to the recent legal wranglings over the rights to Superman, or whether due to the lackluster box office results of
Superman Returns, DC Entertainment appears to be giving up on making another Superman movie.
MTV spoke with DC Entertainment head honcho
Diane Nelson and she said:
"We actually don't have any current plans for Superman.
"We've obviously done a lot of great things behind the property in our history, and it's a key part of the family, but we don't have current plans behind Superman."
