Alec Gillis, who did the special effects for Alien vs. Predator, talked to Moviehole about his work on the upcoming Superman movie.

"[W]e're doing the costume component, sort of like what we did on Spider-Man 1 and 2," he told the Web site. Will the costumer be similar to the Richard Donner film's original? "I think that, without spilling anyone's beans, fans of the comic book will not be disappointed," Gillis said.

Regarding Bryan Singer's prospects for making a good movie, he said: "Well, look at the X-Men movies, particularly the first one. I like how he roots things in reality. So I think he's going to do a great job."
