We had all probably figured as much since no actor was ever announced as being cast in the role (though these things can sometimes be successfully kept a secret) but Geek Tyrant reckon they've confirmed that Casey Jones will definitely not be making an appearance in the Michael Bay produced
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. They cite a source "very close to the production" as revealing that the character played by Will Arnett, Vernon Fenwick, has had his role expanded -- presumably to compensate and give April O'Neil (Megan Fox) someone to bounce off. So not a HUGE surprise, but disappointing nonetheless. One bit of potential good news is that the movie's action will apparently be "over the top greatness, comparable to The Raid". A silver lining? Only time will tell.
