The Arrow WILL Make An Appearance In The Pilot Episode Of THE FLASH

He made an appearance in the first promo trailer for The Flash, but Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen from Arrow will also be making a full blown cameo appearance in the pilot as Barry Allen speeds to Starling City for advice on his newfound abilities. Read on for details on that and more!

We won't have to wait long for our first Arrow/The Flash crossover as TVGuide.com has confirmed in an interview with Stephen Amell that he will be making an appearance in the pilot episode this October. "In the Flash pilot, Barry comes to me," Amell told the site. "[It's a] little snippet in the Flash pilot where he and I share a scene together, it's in his pilot, but [filming] it felt like our show because he's coming to Starling City. That, to me, was one of the most rewarding things that I did as an actor because it was essentially the same crew that we used for our pilot, and it was two years later and it was the same director. It was like going back in time. [Flash and Arrow director] David Nutter asked me to be a part of the pilot and I will never say no to David Nutter." With any luck, this appearance means that we'll see more crossovers between the two CW series' in the near future, and Amell had this to say about whether he'd like to see that happen. "We'd be insane if we didn't do crossover stuff. I don't know that it has to be an event or big moments, but the shows share a universe, and not utilizing that fact would be insane. I'm sure that we will at some point." What do you guys think?

Oliver is taking on the Batman role in the CW universe, wouldn't be surprised if he forms a Justice League with Roy, Flash and Nightwing(?)

I'm really liking the potential for these stories. If we could could get one other major hero involved in this universe, it'd be [frick]ing amazing. This is literally unprecedented.

Would be cool if CW took the Marvel/Netflix route and had all their DC shows come together for a mini series. I'm guessing the team could be Green Arrow, Black Canary, Flash and Hourman.

Think about the finale of Season 3. We might get to see a cross-over two-parter finale with one part of it being on Arrow and the other being on Flash.

Too bad they couldn't come together in a movie but that could only happen if they were in the DCCU , if they did it otherwise it could get really confusing having more than one cinematic universe running at the same time .

This is going to be awesome, this will be the first time we really see 2 big DC heroes crossover in live-action format. I didn't think they'd use Green Arrow right away on the pilot, but I'm definitely glad that they are. I'd love if these 2 were part of the DCCU, but that's probably not going to happen. Still, it sounds kind of weird to me that they would have two different live action versions of Flash played by two different actors at the same time seeing as how characters are always kept restricted from being used on TV because they also appear in the movies. There is a possibility that WB won't even use Flash in the JL movies at all due to the fact that there will already be 2 versions of Quicksilver, a character with the exact same power already existing in the MCU and Fox MCU. Still, a JL film without Flash wouldn't even feel right to me. It'd be like if the first Avengers didn't have Hulk or Thor.

It might work though if one was on tv and the other was at the theater but then if they tried a tv show in the DCCU it would confuse the hell out of everyone .

I love this show. And Flash looks great. But I really wish they could be on FX or AMC so the seasons could be 13 episodes with no filler crap. About half of this season was unnecessary.

They will never put these c-list actors next to Ben Affleck.

Henry cavill wasnt that well known either before Man of Steel. Stephen Amell is good so why not?

A lot of ppl liked MoS and it made money. Sounds pretty successful to me. Nothing but improvement from here.

If Ollie has a bastard child named Connor living in Central City, then I guess he'll have plenty of reason to drop by from time to time.

No he is not. His acting is cheesy. Arrow has some good action and I love the easter eggs but you put these guys on the big screen and their shortcomings will really stand out

Gal Gadot has at least as much acting talent as Henry Cavill (hint: he's pretty terrible himself).
But I don't mind it. If the film is gritty enough, a good director can make bad actors come across as feeling more realistic. Aranofsky is a good example.

Let's be honest wonder woman is just gonna be eye candy. If they had any faith in any character other than batman then he wouldn't be in this movie
