The CW President Confirms Annual ARROW/THE FLASH Crossover Events

The crossover between The Flash and Arrow late last year was a massive hit for the CW, generating big ratings and plenty of fan praise. So it's absoutely no surprise, especially with Legends of Tomorrow coming into fruition, to hear that the two shows will continue to come together when they enter their next seasons. At today's Upfront event (where the Legends trailer was screened), CW president Mark Pedowitz confirmed that the team-ups would indeed continue annually, as previously speculated. "The crossover was so successful, we will be making it a special event in fourth quarter every year," he said. Based on that, it's certain that the Scarlet Speedster and Emerald Archer will be reuniting at a similar point in 2015 as they did in 2014... perhaps along with some of the Legends crew? Time will tell. Are you looking forward to more episodes like 'Flash vs. Arrow' and 'The Brave and the Bold'?

I gotta say, while Arrow wasn't at it's best this season, I always enjoy watching it. Even through the Olicity bullshit. It's just naturally entertaining to me. Weird, I know. Hope Season 4 is an improvement though.

In before "ARROW sucked ass this season and there were no good moments whatsoever"

l hope the next season's team up episode, they will be trying to stop an alien creature. It's about time some aliens attack Central City or Star City.

@VisionaryNPA I'm pretty sure he was talking about in their own shows for next year. Not the LoT. Damn.

That sentence is referring to the possibility (which is quite high) that characters from Legends will appear on The Flash and Arrow as part of the F/A crossover.

You know what? I don't even want to see Batman v Superman anymore. I've become much more intrested in DC on the small screen than I am on the big screen. They should just forget about the whole DCCU, leave that up to Marvel because they rule at cinema right now and just build up to the Justice League on TV instead. That would be much more exciting.

Okay, you don't have to watch Batman v Superman. No one is forcing you to. I'll just enjoy the DCCU and everything DC on television. 😝

Has the Arrow suit always been that green?

I prefer Legends. I keep thinking someone's writing LOTR (Lord of the Rings).

Except for this moment in "The Brave and the Bold"

That's maybe the only time it has actually looked really green.

Maybe Arrow just has bad lighting. Lol

The DCTVU is fantastic. It would be nice if SuperGirl would crossover.

This is terrible news. Flash seemed like it was 3 seasons long. Integrating the shows together means more breaks to get the writing done. That's bad. Really bad. The breaks ruined both shows for me.

Hard to say. The suit itself can look pretty dark in just behind the scenes pics of filming.

Man, I wish the suit on the show was that green.

As long as the crossover events are well planned I'm all for it. The respective short guest appearances this week did more harm imo than they were cool.
