One of the employee's working on seting up Comic-Con this year has snuck a picture of The Flash costume on display, next to Captain Cold's. The Flash costume in season 2 is a brighter shade of red, and has that iconic white elbelm that fans have been clamoring for since episode one. I have no doubt that the picture is real and that the costume would have likely been revealed during the DCTV Panel at Comic-Con
It should also be noted that Jay Garrick's helmet is clearly visible in the photo. Feeding the rumors that Jay Garrick will in fact appear in Season 2. Costumes for Firestorm & The Reverse-Flash can also be seen in the background, but they appear to be the same as season one.
UPDATE
Here's a cleaner image of the shot, where it is very clear that the elbelm is in fact now white, and that was not a trick of light in the last image. There is also a better veiw of Jay Garrick's helmet now available.
