While we didn't get to see a whole lot of
Surtur in
Thor: Ragnarok, the demon of Muspelheim fulfilled his purpose in bringing about the destruction of Asgard. Despite his lack of screentime, the film still opened with a thrilling battle between Thor and Surtur's minions (complete with a massive dragon).
Artist
Ian Joyner (who also worked on
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2) revealed some concept art on his Instagram with a few detailed looks at both Surtur's underlings and the molten dragon (both before and after its encounter with Thor). Check them out below and let us know what you think!
