Tom Hiddleston Shrugs Off Avengers Rumor

Recently while talking with the Belfast Telegraph, Tom Hiddleston who will play Loki in the up coming movie Thor, was asked if he will reprise his role for Joss Whedon's Avengers.

Hiddleston was less then forthcoming with his answer.



"I met him actually, I met Joss in passing when we were shooting Thor but I honestly don't know what his plans are. He's got a full plate I'm sure, he doesn't want to talk to me."



You can definitely see Tom Hiddleston in this summer's Thor due out May 6, 2011.

Hasn't it been confirmed numerous times, even by Hiddleston himself, that Loki will in fact be in 'The Avengers'?

The first movie should just be the Avengers being assembled and watching them deal with each other.

I think there's more than enough there for an amazing movie or two, and that's before a villain is even mentioned.

Like IM meets Thor- they talk, they fight, they go break Cap out of the ice, then they all fight again, then together they bring in the Hulk and make him part of the team, after a crazy fight.

In the comics loki was the reason for the avenger being created they have to put loki in the movie
