The CW is closing out the Winter 2015 TCA's today and one interesting tidbit coming out of the Arrow panel is that Arrow showrunner Marc Guggenheim is currently developing a new animated superhero show that will be set in the same world as Stephen Amell's
Arrow and Grant Gustin's
Flash. Will this animated series serve as a precursor to the live-action introduction of Vixen to the DCTV universe?
