It was at the end of Wednesday's episode of Arrow that we first met Talia al Ghul as she saved Oliver Queen from a very sticky situation back in Russia. In this week's "Second Chances," she'll join him in his quest to take down Constantin Kovar, but can the daughter of the villainous Ra's really be trusted?

"We have a pretty cool storyline that we’ve concocted," says showrunner Wendy Mericle, "and I’m actually really excited about where it takes her. It’s basically tied to Oliver’s past in Russia and also in figuring out who Prometheus is. She will be a crucial part of that." Are you excited for her debut?

In his quest to take down Kovar, Oliver (Stephen Amell) gets help from a surprising source – Talia al Ghul (guest star Lexa Doig). However, when she reveals what she wants from him in exchange, Oliver isn’t sure he can accept her help. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) attempts to hack the NSA to help free Diggle (David Ramsey) but when her online efforts are flagged, she faces off against an unknown adversary. Meanwhile, Curtis (Echo Kellum) tells the team about a female vigilante, Tina Boland (guest star Juliana Harkavay), he uncovered online who has been wreaking havoc all over the country. Mark Bunting directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Sarah Tarkoff.

The Bratva flashbacks are looking promising with the introduction of Talia.

Careful in talking to Tina without your mask Ollie.

@JohnnyTBP - Its not a big deal them using a few Batman villains, Ra's al Ghul is usually a batman villain, but he is also a villain to the whole DC universe, and Green Arrow does have a connection in the comics, since Merlyn was a member of the league in the comics. everyone else they use are just c and d list villains from the batman rogues. also they use other heroes villains for stories in the comics, in the final Flash story before DC Rebirth the villain was the Riddler
