Gotham

Here's what Not Cool actress Michelle Veintimilla had to say to TV Insider about finding out she'd been cast as a female take on the DC baddie.

“I actually had no idea I would ultimately be playing a villain. It wasn't until my first fitting with costume designer John Glaser that I discovered I'd be portraying the notorious [Firefly]! It was a huge surprise for me.I immediately starting reading up on the different incarnations and quickly realized that Gotham was doing their own take on the character… a new, badass, female version! Bridgit's story goes beyond what you would expect. I'm really excited for everyone to see her story unfold and witness her transformation. It was incredibly empowering to get to play her as an artist and woman.”

Tune in to see Firefly in action on tonight's episode of Gotham, "Strike Force".

Gotham and Arrow have been so much fun to watch this season. Flash, not so much, but it still has its moments.

I cant wait to see what Supergirl does to blow people away

I really like her costume, it's much better than Arrow's take anyways :P

Overall, DC shows have been a lot of fun this season, Gotham especially.

I actually think I like Gotham more than Arrow and Flash for the moment.
Then again, I've seen 2 episodes of Gotham and only 1 episode of both Flash and Arrow.

I agree, the comic book shows (and yes, including AoS) have been really entertaining so far. Gotham is currently my favorite followed by a Arrow and Flash tie (I just can't choose between the two). i still need to catch up on AoS from episode 2 but Episode 1 actually made me want to give the show another shot. Can't wait for Supergirl and JJ.

@THEDARKKNIGHT1939 you need to watch Flash episode 2. It was a comic book fan's dream!!!

Why is everyone calling @Jollem a troll. He's like mother Teresa compared to the marvel Trolls out there (ahem Dexter, ahem quickhook, ahem hailhydra).

Ask Bigby, he's seen a troll or two in his lifetime.

It would be better if they just said that its a different earth. They could make the evil version of batman, owlman

I remember Firefly on season one of Arrow. They were trying to be all Christopher Nolan, but that's probably how Nolan would have done Firefly.

Good, or bad is subjective when it comes to CBTV. But, in my opinion (because opinions are really all there is on this site) it's never boring. Unlike I personally find one particular CBTV show. Which I won't name.

@Jeight
I put it there because it has a low amount of episodes, which were mostly boring. Gotham has a season of good episodes, and some extras in season 2

To me it's about whether I have fun watching it and about the fun characters. That's where DC shows wins me over. All their shows have that element of fun and quirkiness, even the darker shows. It's by no means on par with the likes of GoT or Breaking Bad or House of Cards but I honestly don't care, it's just fun to watch. I'm not dissing Marvel TV shows but they just don't excite me as much. Maybe if I knew more about the universe it would have been a different story, maybe...

Since many are ranking the shows here, I take a different tyoe of ranking, into departments.

Story: AoS>DD>Flash>Arrow

Storytelling: DD>AoS>Flash>Arrow. Same ranking Acting dept

Superpowers: Flash>AoS>DD>Arrow

Villains:DD=Arrow(Surprise? I don't think so)>AoS=Flash

Heroes: DD>AoS>Arrow=Flash

Anything left???

Haven't watched Gotham, but I am not that much familiar with Batman lore, but a big fan of it. Should I give it a try.
