Arrowverse "Suit Up" Promo Reveals New Footage And THE FLASH's Comic Accurate Costume

The CW has released a new promo for Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Black Lightning featuring fresh footage from each of their respective seasons premiering in the fall. Check it out!

There's a lot to look forward to when DC's impressive stable of shows return to The CW this fall with the highlights arguably the debut of a comic book accurate suit for The Flash, something many fans believe is long overdue for the Scarlet Speedster. There has, of course, been some controversy surrounding the change but we (sort of) get to see it in action for the first time in this new video. 

There are also snippets of new footage from other DC TV shows, including Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Arrow. In terms of the former, we get to see Oliver Queen behind bars fighting for his life, something which promises to really shake the show up in a significant way (in case you're not up to date, Ollie was outed as the Green Arrow at the end of season six and has been sent to Supermax).

Apparently that is a thing as Archer would say lol
But this Flash IS NOT comic accurate until he’s running around in full blown Goddamn yellow or Golden boots.
And not a minute before these internet troll traffic whore POSs (no names for the sake of amusement) Say so.
Read a book.
Even if it’s a comic book.

Great suit, the helmet is the only problem, it might just be the lack of a chin strap, something small like that can make a big difference

For The Flash I hope we get Henry Allen(Nora's twin brother)
For Supergirl I hope we get Brainiac
For Legends Of Tomorrow I hope we get Morgan Le Fey
For Black Lightning I hope we get Static
For Gotham (My favorite DC show) I hope we get Cassandra Cain.
For Krypton I hope we get The Reach

Actually i don't but that just goes to show that eventually he will wear yellow boots, and they won't give a f*ck about how he looks.

That cowl, the loose fabric around his neck, they need to do something about that. I wouldn't have minded them sticking with the S4 suit with a few modifications to the fitting, that suit was very loose. And yea, this isnt exactly comic accurate, but then again, yellow boots are hard to translate well on screen.

I stopped watching The Flash a while back, just got so bloody silly it was pointless, Flash fans will may get that but Flash TV fans will hate that, there is a huge difference..

And was that even Gustin in the suit at the end?

Maybe its because I've lost track...

As for Gusting being very thin, totally agree, he's a poster boy for the anorexic and my daughter spent 2 years in a secure hospital for anorexic, a time I'd never wish on any child or parent..Same with the Bat Woman choice..Don't glamorise this illness!

I dig it! Caught up on all these shows from Netflix and last seasons were all lots of fun ... really enjoyed them. Ready for the new ones!

I HOPE they get back to more of season one with Flash using his powers in unique ways to take down the bad guys and less moping and everybody zipping around with super speed.
