There's a lot of excitement surrounding the DC Universe's streaming service's Titans TV series, especially as the signs are pointing to it featuring some big surprises and a lot of comic book accurate material. Now, it's clear that will include a trip to Gotham City because a set photo has popped up online today showing Gotham City's Bat-Signal. Does this mean Batman will make an appearance?

Given how weird Warner Bros. is about having multiple versions of the same character on screen at any one time that seems doubtful but it does at least point to us getting some hints about Robin's relationship with the Dark Knight. Throw in the fact that the Red Hood is set to appear and it's clear that Batman's world will be important to Titans and we should expect more than a few Easter Eggs.

What do you hope to see from Titans? How many iconic DC Comics locations do you think we'll end up seeing? As always, share your thoughts on that and this set photo in the comments section below.

Seems to be his or maybe Batwoman’s, one just never knows.

Awesome prop still.

The logo on the Bat-Signal looks like the logo from the Brave and the Bold.

This show has me intrigued for sure.

Sort of like a cleaner cut version of The New Batman Adventures symbol. Loved that version of the symbol.

"Given how weird Warner Bros. is about having multiple versions of the same character on screen"

I don't think that's weird at all. If anything, it's being responsible about your property's image and awareness

@Vigor - responsible is literally the last word that comes to mind when describing DC and their approach to multiple iterations of the same character on different shows or films. The level of destructive and restrictive interference that they enforce on the shows is truly sickening.

@Vigor - I really dont get the logic. The only thing I can think of is confusion with continuity but the general audience won't care as long as it's good and the fans will know that they are different versions. Especially when we have a white deadshot on TV and will Smith playing the movie version. Why else would it be a problem to, say, have a TV batman while Affleck is still playing him on the movie side?

@HeavyMetal4Life - I don't watch any dc films or shows so I'm the last who should be commenting on it lol

@Vigor - It's not responsible if the rules are not applied fairly. Why is Supergirl allowed to use Superman but Arrow isn't allowed to use the Suicide Squad or Deathstroke? Why is Doom Patrol allowed to use Cyborg but Gotham isn't allowed to use Joker?

@Vigor - haha, in that case yes, probably true! Lol

@Vigor - Bullshit! They're an absolute joke when it comes to this. Do we as fans not have the mental capacity to differentiate from a TV verison of a character & a Movie one?

I get Grant is Flash on TV, I get Ezra is Flash in the Movies, they're two separate hings, no explanation needed.

The sooner WB stop sacrificing things in movies or TV becaus eof not wanting something in both the better.

Although it doesn't matter now with Gotham voming to an end, but why put a character in that is basically Joker, but you can't call him Joker or give him the Green Hair becaus eyou know........ Leto is playing him in the movies. It's just dump & WB need to get their Shit together.

@DarthLaney - looks much better than the “fat” bat logo Snyderverse used.

It's funny, because I want to say Batman should be done justice on TV in todays day & age & era over the Campy 66 show..... But then you think & ralise it's WB running the show & they're not exactly doing great with the Movie Universe at the minute & their TV universe is a bit hit & miss at times (Looking at you Gotham!).

But if they cast a Batman for this show or maybes even give Batman his own show for the streaming service, Josh Bowman from Revenge for Bruce Wayne / Batman if they're finally gonna bring the Caped Crusader back to TV / Bring him to Streaming Service.

@TMW1987ProudProWrestlingFan - Josh Bowman is too young. They need someone in their late 30's, early 40's, since they've got Dick Grayson in his 20's.

He definitely needs his own show, but I can't really think of anyone at the moment though.

@TerryTerrapin - Suppose, Although seeing as we de-age people with technology for roles now, how about going the opposite route & aging Bowman to look a little older, he's 30 himself so you could make him look late 30's or early 40's no problem.

There's just somethign about him when watching Revenge I always thought he'd make a good Batman for TV.

If we're gonna go with an actual older actor, no doubt somebody is gonna throw Jon Hamm out there, not one of my first choices personally, but age wise he works I guess.

@TMW1987ProudProWrestlingFan - If we were going younger I'd say Dylan O'Brien. He's 26 I think, so he's about the same age Bruce was when he first started out. I want him mainly because he's my first pick for Terry McGinnis in a Beyond film or show.

Never saw the appeal of Jon Hamm. I'd say Jensen Ackles, but I'm not too sure about that one. I'm trying to think of actors who are more suited for TV than film. You need someone who has the look of a billionaire playboy, but can play gruff vigilante at the same time.

Karl Urban is too obvious. Speaking of Revenge, I think Barry Sloane might be a good choice. He played a character in Revenge and he now stars in SIX.

I really hope Batman can show up, even for just a brief cameo. I mean Supergirl had Superman for a couple episodes.
