HitFix The ratings are in for the Live + 3 which reflects the ratings for shows including everyone who DVR-ed it (atleast the ones who get counted ratings wise). Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D's numbers are in and they managed to gain 52% in the key demo of adults 18-45, which is a bump of 1.1 to 3.2. And overall the ratings went from almost 6 million to 8.9 million viewers. They managed to apparently beat the live bump from last year's premiere. But that's not really impressive per say given how much higher the series premiere was in the ratings.
It also seems that this fall the networks and sites are making more of a point to focus on these bumps. It makes sense given how often people use time delayed viewing, streaming etc to view content. What does everyone think? Does this bode well for Marvel Studio's first of what will be many series?
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D airs Tuesdays at 9Pm EST on ABC in the US and CTV in Canada.
