Last year, Charlie Cox was honoured at the American Foundation for the Blind’s 19th Annual Helen Keller Achievement Awards in New York City for his portrayal of Matt Murdock in
Daredevil. The actor and character have understandably served as inspiration to many people who have disabilities relating to their sight, and it looks like Cox intends to visit some schools and hospitals to talk to kids about just that (for all we know, he already has and simply hasn't received any publicity for doing so).
Regardless, as you can see below, the actor recently reached out to Funko about getting some
Daredevil bobbleheads he could share with those youngsters. No doubt expecting to receive maybe a dozen or so, Cox was clearly surprised to find himself in possession of upwards of 100 of them! Needless to say, that was pretty awesome of the company, and those kids will be getting some cool swag. Season three of
Daredevil doesn't have a premiere date, but Cox will shoot
The Defenders next.
