DAREDEVIL Season 3 Adds HART OF DIXIE Actor Wilson Bethel In A "Critical" Role - Is He Playing Sin-Eater?
Here we have our first bit of major casting news for the upcoming third season of Marvel and Netflix's Daredevil. Hart of Dixie actor Wilson Bethel has joined the show in a mysterious but "critical" role.
According to Variety, Wilson Bethel (Hart of Dixie, The Young and the Restless) has joined the cast of Daredevil season 3. The name of the character he'll be playing is under wraps for now, but we do know that "he will portray an FBI agent who will play a critical role in the conflict between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk."
A recent leaked character description for the upcoming season led to speculation that the villainous Sin-Eater, a.k.a. Stanley Carter, would be making his debut, and this report does seem to suggest that this is who Bethel might be playing. Then again, this FBI agent may not be an established Marvel Comics character at all.
