ASSEMBLED: THE MAKING OF LOKI Trailer And Poster Released Following Disney+ Debut Earlier Today

Loki wrapped up its first season last Wednesday, but as disappointing as it might be not to have a new episode today, Marvel Studios has just dropped Assembled: The Making of Loki on Disney+!

Like WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, production on Loki concluded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, something that's evident from the masks the cast and crew can be seen wearing at times in this sneak peek. There's some cool behind-the-scenes footage to be found here, including fun interactions between Tom Hiddleston and his co-stars Owen Wilson and Richard E. Grant.

We've watched this latest episode of Assembled (you can find new comments from Jonathan Majors about his role as He Who Remains by clicking here), and rest assured that there's a lot to love, including a look at how the third episode's impressive tracking shot on Lamentis-1 was filmed and more insight into the introduction of all those Loki Variants.

Oh, and yes, there is more on Alligator Loki! When we recently caught up with Boastful Loki actor DeObia Oparei, he told us: "This alligator...he was an upstager! It was such good fun shooting those scenes. Like I said, Kate [Herron] just infects the set and it’s so relaxed, so you’re able to do your best work. The alligator was tricky. It was kind of tricky to get in there and make it work. When I looked at it, I was like, ‘Wow, it really came off well!’"

Check out the poster and trailer for this "making of" special below:

Was expecting one for Black Widow too so I could watch to back-to-back, but I wonder if we'll get one for Black Widow at all (maybe after the theatrical run has ended?)

OT:

Gotta pour one out for my boy @tmp3 today. Finally got past episode 3 of Succession and I am balls deep in the show. It’s so good. Probably going to space out season 2 so I don’t binge it all in a day like I did yesterday.

I hope they find a way to bring back classic Loki (or a more evil version of him), and dig deeper into the character. Grant was great in the role, but underused.

I really liked all shows so far, despite 2/3 last episodes.
But what I really love are their "making-of" episodes.
I feel all the peoples love for the characters, their enthusiasm for storytelling and the grander scheme.
The people behind the scenes who put so much into it. Those many people working so hard, but at the same time having such a ball bringing this world to us.
Learning about people like Autumn Durald or Kasra Farahani, which I never heard of before.
It just puts a smile on my face.
