Loki wrapped up its first season last Wednesday, but as disappointing as it might be not to have a new episode today, Marvel Studios has just dropped Assembled: The Making of Loki on Disney+!
Like WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, production on Loki concluded in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, something that's evident from the masks the cast and crew can be seen wearing at times in this sneak peek. There's some cool behind-the-scenes footage to be found here, including fun interactions between Tom Hiddleston and his co-stars Owen Wilson and Richard E. Grant.
We've watched this latest episode of Assembled (you can find new comments from Jonathan Majors about his role as He Who Remains by clicking here), and rest assured that there's a lot to love, including a look at how the third episode's impressive tracking shot on Lamentis-1 was filmed and more insight into the introduction of all those Loki Variants.
Oh, and yes, there is more on Alligator Loki! When we recently caught up with Boastful Loki actor DeObia Oparei, he told us: "This alligator...he was an upstager! It was such good fun shooting those scenes. Like I said, Kate [Herron] just infects the set and it’s so relaxed, so you’re able to do your best work. The alligator was tricky. It was kind of tricky to get in there and make it work. When I looked at it, I was like, ‘Wow, it really came off well!’"
