Marvel Television (mostly) delivered high-quality TV shows on Netflix, but they were definitely limited when it came to visual effects. That was likely down to budgetary issues, and would explain why Iron Fist so rarely used his, uh, iron fist.
As for Daredevil, his She-Hulk: Attorney at Law debut made it clear that, under Marvel Studios' purview, the Man Without Fear will be quite a bit more powerful. While his strength seems to have largely remained the same, he was able to fend off She-Hulk's attack and jumped down the side of a parking lot with ease.
Throw in how much more effectively his batons can now be portrayed, and this series has set the stage for a whole new take on Matt Murdock in Daredevil: Born Again. The question is, what costume will he be wearing in that?
When that red and yellow suit was first revealed, the response from fans was a little mixed. However, it's since been embraced, and this newly revealed concept art - believed to be from the She-Hulk: Attorney at Law "Assembled" special currently streaming on Disney+ - offers a closer look at an early design.
As you can see, there were plans for Daredevil's cowl to be red, but we'd say the yellow version (which is in line with the comic books) works considerably better overall.
By the time Daredevil: Born Again rolls around in 2024, we're hoping Charlie Cox's Matt Murdock will be wearing the classic red suit...logo and all! That's been missing from every iteration of his costume in the MCU, a baffling decision when it's always been front and centre on the page.
All nine episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law are now streaming on Disney+.
