Boba Fett made his long-awaited return to the galaxy far, far away during the second season of The Mandalorian, and the legendary bounty hunter will soon put Tatooine's criminal underworld on notice when he claims the spotlight for his own Disney+ spinoff show.
The Book of Boba Fett is set to premiere on the streaming service on December 29, and Empire Magazine has now shared a new look at Temuera Morrison's iconic mercenary via this month's newsstand and subscriber only covers.
Check out the covers below along with the recently released trailer.
The trailer did shed a little more light on what fans can expect, but we still don't know a whole lot about The Book of Boba Fett. The Mandalorian season 2 finale post-credits scene saw the infamous bounty hunter arrive to Jabba the Hutt's palace on Tatooine along with fellow mercenary Fennec Shand (Ming Na Wen). After dispatching Bib Fortuna, Fett seemingly claimed Jabba's throne for himself, hinting that he also plans to take over the notorious gangster's crime syndicate.
Jon Favreau will produce TBOBF along with Dave Filoni and Robert Rodriguez, who helmed the Fett-centric chapter of The Mandalorian, "The Tragedy."
