Nathan Fillion Wants To Be Drake

With the news hitting that David O. Russell (Three Kings) was helming the "Uncharted: Drake's Fortune" movie, actor Nathan Fillion (Firefly, Castle) now seems to reaaally want to play the lead.

Not that he wouldn't be perfect as Nathan Drake, right? On Fillion's Twitter, he recently lobbied for the role:

"If ever there was a Twitter campaign, let this be it. Rise, ye Browncoats. Rise, ye Castillions. RISE!"

Fillion included a link to the Russell/Uncharted news story in his tweet.

For some reason when i was playing and had heard about the movie I was seeing Gerard Butler but THIS not THIS is perfection!Nathan Fillion is Nathan Drake if he doesn't get the role I will not watch it(well I will but in my mind it will be Fillion.)

Thanks, but no thanks. Nolan North is the only man that should ever play, or voice, Nathan Drake. Sorry, Fillion, but go back to doing your Castle-sh*t and forget that an Uncharted movie is even in production.
