Okay, I'm probably the biggest Resident Evil fan that I know, the game not the movies. Here's a quick review of the other 3 resident evil movies.

Resident Evil 1: O.K. But could have been better.

Resident Evil 2 Garbage, Nemesis became a good guy at the end WTF!!!!.

Resident Evil 3: Better than 2 slightly better then 1. It tried to come back.

Now, Resident Evil Afterlife's goal was to be the best resident evil movie to date, but they concentrated to much on the 3D of things. The 3D made it good but a lot of the time the story just got flat out boring. My girlfriend literally fell asleep 20 minutes into the movie. The guy that played Weskert he did a good job but he was trying a little to hard and it showed up on screen. Somethings that happened in the movie that should have been explained where not. Like we all know that the Majini appear in this movie. But they don't explain why? Its just hey here's a new type of zombie.

Wentworth Miller as Chris Redfield. He was okay. I think someone else could have done Chris better justice than Wentworth. Also, Resident Evil is about Zombies, Monsters, and creepy shit. The Zombie action in this movie is horrible, why? Because there hardly isn't none! Epic boss battle? NO! There wasn't even like a huge monster at the end that they needed to fight. SMH.

I'd say the one thing about Resident Evil Afterlife that I did enjoy was the scene during the credits. That was epic!

Well that was my short little quick review on Resident Evil Afterlife. Would I go to the movies and watch it again? No. Will I buy it on DVD? Yes.
